Our frozen wheatgrass juice is produced on our indoor farm and is available for pickup or delivery to your home in 1-oz servings. We make it using our ultra-high quality, certified organic wheatgrass, grown under perfect lightly and environmental conditions. We produce our frozen juice in small, hand-poured batches, using a cold-press juicer. Small batches allows for fast freezing to retain delicate nutrients likes enzymes and phytonutrients and lock in freshness.
We believe our frozen wheatgrass juice is the next best alternative to juicing it fresh. We estimate it as being roughly 85% as good for its health benefits, while at the same time being significantly more convenient. Just take out an individually sealed frozen shot, let though in a bowl of warm water for a few minutes, and enjoy!

Why Our Frozen Wheatgrass?
Our wheatgrass is premium quality, produced indoors all year with composted soil. We fast freeze it for optimal nutrients and enzyme retention, and make it in small fresh batches. Other brands in the supermarket are either HPP (High Press Processing) or are grown outdoors.
Why can’t I buy your frozen wheatgrass juice at a store?
Unfortunately, FDA regulations require all juices which are bought by a 3rd party and resold to have gone through a “kill step” process for food saftey. This process is usually pasteurizing (heating), or HPP (high pressure). Any of these processes degrade the nutritional quality and taste of juice. This is why fresh juice always tastes different than juice found on a supermarket shelf.
Because of our high standards and refusal to degrade the nutritional quality of our frozen wheatgrass, we decided to no longer sell to 3rd party retailers, even though we had done so safely for many years prior to the new regulation. We do, however sell directly to consumers through home delivery or pickup at our farm.
