Fresh Produce & Food

Fresh produce & food, such as wheatgrass or microgreens, is inherently perishable.  While we strive to make sure every item leaving our facility meets are strict quality standards, it is always possible we have made an error.   If you are not happy with something, we promise to do our best to be fair and make things right.

We DO NOT accept returns for food due to their perishable nature and food safety concerns.  If you believe your produce has spoiled within 2 days of receiving it (via home delivery or a shipment) it may be eligible for a refund or credit at our discretion.  Please hold the product in your refrigerator and make note of the “cut on” or “use by” date found on your item, then contact us.

If you ordered a package of fresh produce and the order was delayed in transit due to an address error (provided by customer), shipper delay, or is not stored properly (ex. refrigerated), your order is likely not eligible for credit. 


Juicers may be returned unused with original packaging for a refund within 30 days of purchase.   A restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover payment processing, shipping, and administrative fees. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. You can request a return label from us which would be deducted from refund amount.

Juicers which have been used are not eligible for returns or refunds, however they may be under manufacturer warranty.  If your machine stops working, please Call Us to help assist in repair or getting replacement parts.  We may direct you to the manufacturer for warranty claims or parts.  Dr. Squeeze brand juicers (Green Queen & Wheatgrass King) are warrantied by Perfect Foods.
