Buckwheat Microgreens are packed with nutrients, including chlorophyll, vitamins & minerals, and enzymes.
They have a tangy citrus flavor and a beautiful pink stem.
Try them on your next gourmet salad, sandwich, or wrap.
We have limited supply of this variety. Also it tends to have a shorter shelf-life. Therefore we recommend only buying the small 4oz size. Also note that there are many seed hulls (dark colored pods) that need to be removed when washing these greens.
- Refrigerate at 35-38°F Shelf-life is usually less at about 4 days
- Once harvested (cut), add paper towel into the bag or plastic container to help absorb excess moisture and improve shelf-life

Wonderful sprouts with crispy stems are delicious clipped into any salad. I included a generous handful that I clipped with my cooking scissors into a tuna salad, egg salad, a coleslaw and into a bowl of a Thai coconut curry soup right before serving.
