Pea Microgreens are packed with nutrients, including: chlorophyll, vitamins & minerals, and enzymes.
They have a mild sweet pea flavor.
Try them on your next gourmet salad, sandwich, or wrap. They can also be lightly steamed/sauteed, or just eaten by the handful.
- Refrigerate at 35-38°F Shelf-life is usually 1 week
- Once harvested (cut), add paper towel into the bag or plastic container to help absorb excess moisture and improve shelf-life
