Sunflower Microgreens are our most popular variety and for good reason. They are hearty, crunchy, & juicy with a mild “nutty” flavor. They’re also packed with nutrients, including healthy fats, protein, chlorophyll, vitamins, & minerals.
Try them on your next gourmet salad, sandwich, wrap, or just eaten by the handful.
- Refrigerate at 35-38°F Shelf-life is usually 1 week
- Once harvested (cut), add paper towel into the bag or plastic container to help absorb excess moisture and improve shelf-life
