Arugula micros are super small  with an intense peppery flavor you’ll instantly recognize from the baby salad green you are used to.  Add them as a pretty garnish on nearly any dish to make it feel gourmet.

We have limited supply of these greens and also a little goes a long way.  We recommend trying the small 1 oz size first.

All Fresh Microgreens should be refrigerated at 35-38 degrees F.  Shelf-life is usually 1 week.  Once harvested (cut), add papertowel into the bag or plastic container to help absorb excess moisture and improve shelf-life.
