A. Local Delivery  – NYC region

You must have a $40 minimum order (after any discounts) and be in our Delivery Region to qualify.  Delivery Fee is $10 (Free over $100).

Our automated system will try to place you on a route and display the day/time at the bottom of the checkout page. If it is not able to, we will contact you after ordering to confirm you can be home at your assigned delivery day/time. You can always Contact Us first before ordering to find out when we come to your area.  

We deliver to each area usually once per week Mon-Fri.  The timing of your delivery is determined by the route.  

Order cuttoff is the business day prior to your delivery day in the morning (before noon).  

If you cannot have someone home during the delivery window we provide, please leave out your own cooler with some ice packs, or you can order one from us.

B.  Shipping Perishable Food (UPS)

Choose a UPS shipping option at checkout.

We ship out Mon-Thurs, and packages arrive the next day at a time determined by UPS.  Orders must be placed by noon to ship the same day or they will ship on the next available day. You will receive an email with tracking Info after it ships.

We ship with insulated boxes and ice packs.  Please check your package and refrigerate all perishable food immediately on arrival.  You do not need to sign for your package. UPS should knock or ring on arrival.  You can also sign up for UPS My Choice to get more detailed tracking updates.

By shipping perishables with us, you agree to assume risk for packages which go bad because of UPS shipping delays (ex. weather), incorrectly provided addresses, or packages left outside for several hours.

C.  Shipping Non-Perishable Items

All non-perishable items, such as juicers or growing supplies, ship for free via economy shipping of our choice.  Orders received by noon should ship that same day or the next business day.  You will receive an email with tracking info after it ships.  Expect 1-5 business days to arrive.

Other Notes:

  • Shipping out may be delayed due to Holidays or Bad Weather (at our discretion).
  • If you are ordering perishables and are outside the 1-Day by Ground Zone, expect shipping costs for 1-Day Air to be higher.
  • Live Trays or Frozen Wheatgrass Juice are not available to be shipped (Only Delivery or Farm Pickup).

A.  Local-Delivery-Only Items in Cart  

Some items are only available by Local Delivery (our trucks) and not by Shipping (UPS).  These include Live Trays and Frozen Juice

If you have these items in the cart and you are not within the local delivery region, no shipping options will be available. 

Try replacing Live Trays with precut sizes.

B.  Outside the Shipping Region  

We only ship to the lower 48 states (not Hawaii or Alaska).
Also PO boxes are not accepted.

B.  You may not have met our minimum order of $40 of product (after discounts) for local delivery.

Most of our greens should last about a week if stored properly.  That’s why we recommend restocking on a weekly basis for max freshness. 

Smaller microgreen varieties may have shorter shelf-lives such as Buckwheat, Broccoli, or Color-Mix, so use them quickly! 

Wheatgrass, Pea, & Sunflower can often last more than a week.

All our greens MUST be refrigerated at 35-38°F, including Live Trays. 

We recommend placing some paper towels inside your container of cut greens to improve shelf-life by absorbing excess moisture.

You can always pause or cancel subscriptions by managing them on your Account Page

Note: The items of a subscription order cannot be modified.  To change items on your subscription you will need to cancel your existing subscription and make a new one.  We don’t recommend making a subscription to order once, or if you plan to change what you get frequently.
