Perfect Mix Microgreens is our variety mix including Sunflower, Pea, and Radish.  These greens are packed with nutrients, including: chlorophyll, vitamins & minerals, and enzymes.  Try them on your next gourmet salad, sandwich, or wrap.

All Fresh Microgreens should be refrigerated at 35-38 degrees F.  Shelf-life is usually 1 week.  Once harvested (cut), add papertowel into the bag or plastic container to help absorb excess moisture and improve shelf-life.
